Aldegheri Montindon Amarone della Valpolicella Classico - Harvested from hillside vineyards before drying to increase flavour concentration. The wine is then aged for an extended period in oak. Delicious, big and rich with flavours of fig, black cherry and dusty cocoa. Great with aged cheeses and hearty meat dishes.
