Banshee Ten of Cups Sparkling is produced in the Champagne method using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Secondary fermentation occurred in bottle with 24 months spent ageing on lees. Vibrant with fresh acidity and flavours of green apple, honeysuckle and citrus with toasty notes. Delicious with a lovely creamy mousse and round palate texture.
