Molo 8 - Delicious and brimming with wild berries and black cherries with a hint of violet. This sparkling red is medium sweet and lower in alcohol (8.5%). Fantastic with cured meats, game and aged salty cheeses like Parmesan or Reggiano. A dash of soda makes for a yummy Lambrusco Spritz.
