People are different, and that is what makes each one of us special. For me, understanding and embracing these differences are the keys to achieve equity. I think having clear communication is also important to making this happen!
I think my leadership style is incorporating a strategic approach, I like to work by providing support to everyone on the team, according to their individual needs.
My best leadership is earning agility. It's all about learning and adapting to new challenges that we face all the time. As the world is continually changing, it is important to be ready to be quick to change and adapt to provide the best support for your team.

I would describe my leadership style as progressive with my best quality being my interpersonal skills. I always hold myself and my team accountable. I thrive in supporting my team by making sure they have the tools they need to succeed and grow, communicate clearly, and make sure morale is strong all while building trust throughout. Genuinely caring about the well-being of each of my JAK’s team members and focusing on their happiness, it fosters an environment where everyone is dedicated to the work they are doing and to the overall experience our guests have when they come in. I want to be the type of leader that focuses on helping others grow, who is passionate about inspiring and supporting others to be successful. I am often inspired and encouraged by the amazing women in leadership that I get to work with at JAK's. I'm excited when I have opportunities to support women growing into leadership positions, building confidence and expanding skills so they can pursue even more in the future.
