JAK's Knows Baijiu

Thomas Chung, General Manager of JAK’s Richmond, knows his Asian spirits. With several seminars given on the subject, he has educated JAK’s team members around BC on everything from Sake to Soju and Baijiu. Recently, Shu Guo, author of the book Baijiu: The Flavours of China, was the special guest on one of these seminars.

Guo’s book introduces Chinese liquor production; from rice wine to huangjiu to the modern day baijiu. The book gives a taste of the most popular brands and their stories.
