They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day…so start it off right with Madison Park Breakfast Gin!
This gin is distilled with bergamot and orange blossom, and then infused with a blend of teas for added flavour and its clear amber colour. You’ll get aromas of orange blossom, lemongrass, fennel, coriander, and most importantly a burst of freshly-brewed tea. On the palate, there is a balance of earl grey tea and bergamot with juniper and citrus. This unique gin is aromatic and delicious on its own over ice or try it with our cocktail recipe below!
ROYAL-TEA GIN COCKTAIL
1.5 oz Madison Park Breakfast Gin
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 tbsp fig jam
Sparkling water or seltzer
Ice
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a shaker except for sparkling water
Add ice and shake until cold
Strain into glass with fresh ice
Top off with seltzer
Garnish with a fresh fig
