2oz romeo’s gin X pink

1oz Campari

1oz lemon juice

1oz simple syrup

Ice

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake.

  3. Double strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with raspberries.
